Co-Managed Unified Communications: Designed for clients that have significant investments in on-premise infrastructure, Co-Managed UC allows the expert engineers at 24/7 to perform all Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 maintenance, support and troubleshooting on a client’s UC system. Packages include 24x7x365 support and monitoring, MACD (moves, adds, changes and deletes) for phone tickets and user provisioning, and optional yearly or periodic system patching.
With an onboarding time of approximately two weeks, our managed UC clients can realize immediate value and offload these common tasks from their internal teams.
Hosted Unified Communications: All the benefits of a co-managed solution, hosted securely and safely in our data centers. Unlike other mass-market UC hosting vendors, we provisions dedicated infrastructure for our clients, eliminating the need for complex multi-tenant installations. We host and support Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection (CUC), Cisco Contact Center Express (UCCX), as well as Cisco Emergency Responder (CER). Have custom or third-party applications? We can onboard and support them. Featuring a Bring Your Own Licensing (BYOL) option, this option lets organizations realize the most value from their existing licensing investment.
